Putin March docks

I think I.am in an old car, like chitty chitty bang bang. Driving up a mountain. High with broad view. No trees, green but bare. It is Europe, not sure where, maybe Italy but don't know. I am now down by a large body of water. The sea? I am on a small dock or mooring, made of concrete. I see at the end of it a awning. The end of this small dock is reserved for a foreign dignitary like the Shah of Iran? Or some middle eastern nation like that. I now see President Putin on a large concrete dock. I am a distance away. He is marching ahead of a large crowd like a military display, only many people behind him look civilian. Putin himself is wearing a dark blue suit. The crowd March behind him along this dock. They cross a bridge at one point. There does not seem to be any ships around. My attention is caught by a group in the crowd wearing white.they look the most military of them all, perhaps naval. They are either holding placards or wearing armbands each with a different letter on. It spells a web address. The web address ends with .ru which indicates it is Russian.
