Grannies house and bees

I was at my granny’s house. Mike was doing stuff around the house to help her out. They were talking about how the snow wasn’t coming anymore. Mike was told to go take care of the bees outside because granny didn’t like the bees. He said she should’ve drained the whole yard after it snow to take care of the bees. I went outside with him he was sitting on a bench with his knees splayed. I was talking to him about something.
