Pregnant and Australian university

I was pregnant and I had a regular doctors appointment. But It was at 10 AM and for some reason, i had to change to another doctor and time. So it was kind of an irregular appointment. Anyway, i arrived and lay on the bed. The doctor was busy doing something so she let me just chill for a while , whilst I watched the TV. I noticed that some whiteness was coming out underneath and leaking down my thigh, I called her to come check and she said. You have appendicitis, a pregnancy sysmptom. "How have you been feeling this whole week?" I said my stomach was definitly hurting here (pointed to the right side) but I thought It was just the pregnancy. I was in Australia at university. I was being driven somewhere and I was complaining to the driver. How i' d just got married and my parents were being unreasonable. I said that I wanted to go back home. If they didn't approve of him, why did they let me marry him in the first place. ( I don't know why I wanted to go home, why they didn't approve of him, but I knew that the dissaproval was why they were upset).
