Labeling mod

There was this really elaborate minecraft mod that I was using that allowed you to shoot this orb like thing out at something and it would then extend this plastic almost electrical tape from in onto what I was looking at. And I could then click on the tape and it would pull up a note pad menu that I could then type notes and stuff about what This orb thing was being used for. It was like a really elaborate notepad mod. Not sure why I dreamed it up though.
