Big city

I was walking through a huge huge city with some female friends, I think the Joker was in power there but the city looked nice and functional, all the rotten stuff stayed behind the scenes, we arrived to his main building which was like 80 stories and the upper floors were under construction atm. We went in the elevator and suddenly most of them were topless (?) no real reason why but, thanks brain. We arrived to some middle ground before the construction and we split, they went for some stairs and I lost them, I went alone in the elevator for the top floors and.... All the construction workers, thousands of them, like slaves, on the floor, some working and some laying all the floor for a break I suppose, I tried to go unnoticed, I saw some people my age too, I think a school took the students to observe that. I was gonna go back down into the elevator and suddenly someone with the joker's makeup was next to me, young fella... At first I thought it's a girl, he said in a way that made me suspect his mental health.. "I want.... I waaannt too kiss Mr. Joker on the lipssss~" I didn't reply but I was afraid that if I go I to the elevator now that crazy guy might cut the cables or something. To shorten it, I went down got to the first level and then walked out, I thought I saw one of my friends and I yelled "Hey x where have u been" but then it was a different girl I didn't know, but she was playful and pretended for a moment that she knows me. Dream done.
