Good morning! I just woke up from having a dream that I was walking and also taking public transportation in New York City. I started out in Manhattan and then found myself in a strange neighborhood in the South Bronx. I had no idea where I was. But I saw my old neighborhood in the distance, recognizing it by some tall buildings. I started walking in that direction. Then I saw a train station and figured I would travel that way. After walking up the stairs, I got pulled over by a police officer because he knew I had a knife on me. I told him I had it on me for protection. I don’t know if he was going to give me a ticket. I asked if I can get it back. He looked me up and down and said I’d have to wait five minutes. He handed it to someone else. That person told me he was going to put a key ring on it and said I’d have to wear it instead of keeping it hidden. I also had my MetroCard that I accidentally put it in a random spot in a large deck of cards I kept in my front right pocket. I realized my error and looked through the large deck. I immediately found my MetroCard because it’s red white and blue. There were other details but I think that was the main theme. It is always nice to dream, no matter how odd they are, because it means it got into deep sleep for that REM stage.
