Cool family, boring boyfriend

So I dreamt that I was dating this really boring guy, but his family was super cool. I think the guy was actually my ex boyfriend who was pretty dull in real life. So, the guy's family chartered a boat and took us all out on the lake. His mom, sister, and Dad were all very chill, funny, and outgoing. Even the dog was being taught by the Dad to ride the surfboard so we could pull it behind the boat. I remember thinking, "damn, why did I pick the most boring family member to date? I wish I met his sister first and I could have dated her." But that's kind of weird because I'm not even bisexual. Lol.
