Nightmare

I wake up in my bed but I'm in a mental hospital for some reason. There are 3 people in total in the room me someone asleep and a man with grey powder coming off on him. The man was running around frantically screaming the words "the incest will infect you all." and "it's infected my whole family." The man ran around my whole house screaming. He ran into my parents room. He stayed there for hours. He finally ran out screaming but once he reached my room he stared at me as his face turned redder and redder. All I could see was a red outline of a face with shadow like eyes and mouth. He had a comic book like speech bubble with the words "I will kill you" in it. I tried to scream it back at him but before I could finish he lifted me up and slammed me into my wall. I then woke up.
