School Travels?

It started out with me in class in English doing some sort of paper. I forget what happens next but basically I'm on a three year trip to this exotic rainforest place along the coast of somewhere to live and survive with a few fellow classmates. I get back and tell everyone about what happened and then some girl comes up to me and leans her hand against my shoulder, trying to support herself for some reason. I go on a four year trip to some place in Europe this time and help out this guy. I have to do some strange, riddlely type things but eventually meet him. I have to help him get his hotel off the ground because it's failing. He's some sort of supposed famous person but he was told to be way more than he actually is.
