Flyimg/meditating

I was flying on a low ground. I'm trying to catch some more wind to get higher. As I am doing this, I notice people walking around like normal l. Some people notice me, and some do not. I remember trying to teach some guy how to fly he was very interested. In this same dream, I would meet with someone to do some intense meditation. She told me hurry it's about to start. I heard some deep relaxing music, and I was already preparing myself for this meditation. She was giving me instructions on how the meditation was going to go. It was steps first ......lastly tranquility. I remember telling my self "oh that's easy." I do that every night before I go to sleep. Then I remember much cousin Alex being in my dream and these kids running around having a good time. Ir seemed like it was a family reunion or something.
