Gross! Ear Pimples

There was a lot more to the dream than I can remember... I was being kept somewhere like an old empty house. Not chained up but I knew I didn't want to be there. I vividly remember looking in a mirror and seeing pimples on the inside of my ear - three I think. I took my fingernail and pushed the side of the pimple to pop it. A large amount of white pus-like stuff came shooting out in a long tube shape. I was disgusted by it and the amount, but I wanted it out of my ear so I continued to "squeeze" it all out. I almost vomited because I was so grossed out by the large amount that continued to come out. Then part of a "pus tube" broke off and fell into my ear. That's when I really started freaking out. I was scared I wouldn't be able to get it out of the inside of my ear.
