Girlfriend

I dreamed I was talking to my son, who is in college with his first real girlfriend. and he mentioned something about driving around seeing people. He was vague so I just asked a couple questions about it and he said, "We were talking to people about wedding cakes, okay?" I was surprised, of course, that they were that serious and wanting to move to marriage that quickly. I cautioned him and he said he hates talking to people who are DISCOURAGING. I tried to tell him I wasn't discouraging but that I know how difficult marriage can be in the beginning without having to deal with school. It's not impossible but I want him to know what he's getting into. I asked him if she felt the same about him and he said yes. I also asked if he had met her parents and he said he probably was going to in May. It felt like the dream took place not long before May.
