i dreamt of me

i saw myself lying on my bed than i saw something besides my bunk bed standing looking at my body it has a ghostly dark figure its drifting across my aunt to me i tried to go back to my body but i cant i wanna wake up but i couldn't until the ghostly figure reached my body then i woked up... and now i'm scared because that ghostly figure might be the real me and my point of view in my dream might be other spirit trying to enter my body.
