Lump

My gf was driving and everytime we would drive down a hill it would cause bad pain in my lower stomach. Then we were walking down a street and it kept hurting me and I ended up puking and passing out. Woke up in the hospital and found a huge lump above my junk. They started testing it and I woke up .
