The Evil One

One day i was sitting on my back porch reading a book when all of a sudden a crow drops necklace onto the table. The locket is a beauty with gold trimming and a bright blue gem. I don't think anything about it and put it on. Once the gem hits my chest everything goes black. I wake up. Nothing. But there is something off. I am seeing myself in third person, and i am reading. I ask "who are you? why are you here?" "I am you. And i am going to take over your life. Starting with your home, then school. And last of all your friends." The evil me laughs, "Well you better run and protect everyone before i taint them all to be evil." I scream. The twin runs into the house. My dog doesn't bark at her, she thinks the evil one was me! "Oh no. What have i done?" I murmur to myself as I reach for the locket. It's not there... "It must be with the evil one. That must be how she stays in this world! But how do i get it? It is around the evil ones neck... Think think think. Ah ha! I got it." "Hi mom, hi dad" the evil one says to my parents, "how was work today? Did anything wron, i mean, good happen?" "No Piper, but i did almost fall off the roof of the house i am renovating." my father say to the evil me. "Busy at the party store for me. Bridezilla showed up, and that made Noah hide in the back." My mom says. "That's too bad for you. I am going to bed so i wake up in the morning for school." Evil one responds ~~~~~~~~~~~THE NEXT MORNING~~~~~~~~~ Both the evil one and i are at the school, all my friends keep saying that they just saw me a few seconds ago, but that was the twin.... *RING* "Let's go to class. We don't want to be late!" *papers shuffling and chairs squeaking* "Alright class, get your book out to page 17." She yells to the class (she has hearing issues). *CREAK!* the door opens and evil me enters "You are late Piper! Sit down right now... AAAAAHHHHH" she screams as she sees that i was already in my chair and turning my book to page 17, " WHO ARE YOU? Are you tying to trick me!!! GET OUT AND GO TO THE PRINCIPLES OFFICE!!!" The evil one slowly stands up and walks out of the room, never taking an eye off me. ~~~~~~~~~~ RING RING RING ~~~~~~~~~~~ "Urg. Why does she always give us so much homework? Right at the last minute of class too." My friend Brittany says to me. "I have no clue, but i have the feeling that she hates children."I chuckle. "See you later at my house to finish the homework. I definitely will need help with this." Brittany says as she starts to walk home. "See you shortly!" I yell before she is our of ear shot. "Why hello." ? "Hello i want to come back to your house. I want to study with you and your friend." "Sorry no. We have too much homework to do and we work good with just the two of us." I say just barely louder than a whisper, " now leave me and my friends alone." "I want to do homework, it sounds fun!" "No you don't want to do homework, it is boring and difficult, so no. But i will show you somewhere that has loads of homework to do that you will love. See this road? Follow it and keep going. Remember stay on this road, once you it the end of the road keep walking, there is an island that is out there that you can walk and swim to, it will be fun. Off you go." "Ok i will start walking😏" "Hey Collin how are you?" "Good but today in class was weird with that look alike coming in, do you know her?" "I don't know much about her but i know that she is my evil twin from a weird locket and that if I destroyed the locket she would disappear." "Yeah right Piper! That is total Bologna!" You better hurry before she is drained of all her blood. Come find me! "Oh no. Sorry Collin, i have to go save Brittany!" I scream as i run down the street. I sprint down the middle of street as fast as i can and i see someone in the distance. "Hey Piper, what's up?" Zachariah says to me with a confused face. "HAVE YOU SEEN BRITTANY?!?!" I yell while i am shaking his shoulders "I saw her with you by the park." "Thanks bye." At the park i stop and catch my breath. There they are. Over by the woods. I run to the other side of the woods without her seeing me. Luck for me is that i am a fast runner. I run towards Brittany and pick her up. "Keep running, keep running" I thought as i run away. Then all of a sudden black. The end.
