Bulimic shopping spree

With a friend who also has an eating disorder at college or something. She go and buy these droplet things you can put on fingernails to stop them getting ruined by purging, except these stupid things actually have part of the word bulimia in their name like buliaraca or something. I ask her about it and buy some and something else clearly Eating disorder related (forgotten what) and the shop assistant gives me weird looks and is like "for your long distance Chinese cousin too, right?" And I feel so embarrassed. Then she buys some baby to toddler puff snacks (god I love them, idk why they popped up) and shop Assistant also gives her a weird look like she knows. Then I buy a pack as they are my safe food yet I then end up binging on them.
