Last night I decided to sleep downstairs in what was supposed to be the dining room but now a bedroom.. idk there's a bed there so I slept in it okay. Anyways, in the same room there's a Chinese wooden altar with two shrines on the top and bottom. Beside it would be the entrance to the kitchen but it's covered by curtains. My grandma's shrine is placed on the top of the alter while my uncle is beneath hers. In both of their shrines, there are two lotus flower lamps that changes colors. In my dream, I woke up late at night (still in my dream) and sat up in the bed. The first thing I looked at was the floor which reflected red because of the lotus lamp. The weird thing was that it stayed that color. Usually it would've changed colors but it didn't. Noticing this, I looked at the altar and sure enough, the lamps were stuck on red. I also noticed that my uncle's picture was laying down faced up and from the corner of my eye, there was no curtains on the entrance of the kitchen and all I can see was a very dark room. I sensed that something in the kitchen wanted me to turn my head and face them but I was too scared to move. I stayed there with my eyes fixed on the floor pretending not to notice what ever was in the kitchen. (Note): my uncle's passing was not that far from when I had this dream and when I told my mom about it, she remembered that she had forgot to give food and burn "ghost money" at the temple for him so that he would live comfortably in the spirit world. It's something my culture does when someone close passes away. My sister had a similar dream and it stopped once my mom did what she was supposed to do
