Bloody diarrhea

So i was running to the bathroom in my dorms and i was having massive stomach pains (which has been happening a lot recently in real life) and then i got to the bathroom and sat down and poop started running out of me and when i looked down i was leaking blood with my poop and i got really scared because that’s exactly what every medical website says is a serious condition so i got spooked and i thought I️t was real life so when i woke up i was afraid i was dying
