Parasitic infection

An old friend came to hangout and had a scab on his head that itched and had some tiny bugs on it. Pretty soon he was sick and was vomiting and shitting blood but kept trying to get it on me to infect me. Only way to stop him was to hit him and inject him with some liquid.
