Following up from yesterday, here's another quick tip for lucid dreaming. Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night or early morning ing and remember your dreams in extreme vivid detail? Guess what you are in rem (rapid eye movement sleep) This is the stage of sleep that dreaming happens. And the more you remeber of your dreams, the less time ago you had them. Now if this happens all you need to do is get up and start thinking about lucid dreaming and do something that increases mindfulness for anywhere from 20-60 minutes. Avoid blue light, coffee, caloric dense foods, alcohol, and hormone affecting substances or supplements. Now would be a good time to meditate or do reality checks then go to sleep. If you I increased awareness and are thinking about lucid dreams you're more likely to realize you are dreaming. Still requires you to to other things mentioned before tho
