Swinging building

I had a dream that I was in this really tall building I was in a room that really big window that had blinds so you can open and close them so one day when I was in my room on this really tall building, it was really windy and the building was swinging side to side and I was freaking out because I was afraid that the building was going to collapse because of the strong winds , but it didn’t and the people in the building are used to it because they been there for a long time, but I wasn’t I know I had the best view of the city but with the building swinging side to side was stress me out so I went down stairs and ask for a different room but they couldn’t give me a new room at a lower level because the room that gave me was fine and told me just deal with the building swinging and that normal for there building to do that when it really windy out, so I had no choice to go back to my room but I know it is not normal for a tall building to swing side to side when it is windy the building should be really still that normal, so I ended up stay up all night or until the building stop swinging along with the wind so the next day the building stop moving and I only got little bit of sleep because the building was moving most of the night so I went to my parents room but I knocked on there door first to see if they are wake or not so I just wait in the lobby on the floor I was on while my parents get ready for breakfast.
