The silence is so loud

I went to sleep with headphones on listening to music in my dream I was using some stomach pain bad cramps it felt like went to the hospital and had a full body scan done and it showed there was a baby in me a close to full term baby I have pcos and an iud so getting pregnant not knowing I did and then being close to giving birth was a wild situation but the happiness wasn’t to last I started hearing music in my dream and no matter what I did it wouldn’t stop I brought home scan photos of our little boy which I decided to name willow my fiancé was not happy about being a father as he was unemployed and not ready to be a father so he left and that same day my friend who has two kids posted that her husband told her it was over I wanted to tell her I was having a baby more than anything but I couldn’t hear myself think let alone talk I destroyed my headphones in my dream and nothing changed in my dream it tried to rationalize it as a sickness like I hear music I get a green mark on my hand I eventually am lead into an operating room where this sinister looking doctor said he needed to go in and take him out and had some dangerous looking contraption and an inhaler of pain meds that was pink and kinda looked like a 3 way stop thing I got up and ran away I took the drugs with me I ran right into this working man’s mess hall and they offered me two sloppy joes I looked down at my hand and each nail was painted a different color I was convinced I needed to remove it so the music stopped when that didn’t work I tried to make a grand display of my affection to my now ex fiancé that’s on a date at a drive in with someone else I go onto the car and explain to him all he’s doing is hurting me and depriving our baby from having a father that he helped make this baby and it’s too late to do anything about it the date is very confused and gets out of the car not wanting to date someone with a baby I get in the car and we talk about everything even though the music is driving me crazy when I woke up it felt like I was having a nightmare breathing hard panicked trying desperately to remove my headphones once I did everything felt so much louder including the silence.
