Wrongly accused criminal in school

I was in a school that was similar to my old high school. There was one person, who I guess was a student, that was accused of doing something illegal in another school but hadn’t done it. He tried to evade the cops, who were in the school but hadn’t found him yet. A bunch of talking animals helped him to evade the cops by telling him where to hide and covering him with a disguise. For a while, the animals helped him to run from the cops as they chased him, and the antics got cartoonier and cartoonier. There was a revolving door that the cops walked into and kept going in circles. There was also an empty pool for some reason, even though my high school didn’t have an indoor pool. At some point, I was walking in the hallway and exchanged some words with former classmates. I said that I was always a musical person, and they misunderstood that as me saying that I took part in musicals, which I didn’t. I tried feebly to explain myself with my poor social skills. At other times, I was walking around in the dream but characters couldn’t seem to see me, as the cops walked right by me without acknowledging me.
