Investment Firm Manager

I started out an investment firm with a couple of good guys, not sure what they were investing in, but it apparently did good and made a lot of money. I was constantly going around the office asking everyone what I could do to make their jobs easier or more efficient. We had an office Roomba I turned on to get the dirt up, it kicked ass. The office kept growing, all my employees loved me, and I kept really active trying to keep them happy and make their jobs easier, making better software or whatever. Mila Kunis came to us at some point, I think she was working as a waitress or something. In one post of the dream I was asking some of the guys (I think they were like the actual investment buyers, as opposed to brokers or whatever... the back end guys anyway) what I could do to make their jobs easier and my vice president or second in command anyway kinda pulled me aside and told me I was being a little overbearing and made their jobs TOO easy, these guys literally felt like they had nothing to do. I backed off and just let things run and everything was legit and awesome. I took a drive with a couple of the guys to a real estate place, it has some awesome name, but when we got there it was not developed and they had a tiny model of what this "town" would look like when it was finished (complete with little toy cars coming down the road) at the side of this slightly uphill dirt road. As we walked up the road I thought to myself "this could work", referring to investing into building this "town". I had been wearing some black nitrile gloves for some reason and I made a comment about "my adaptation is losing its beauty points" to my second in command and he laughed and said "yeah" as i took them off. Dunno what that's all about. At the top of the road was a little taco stand with a nice guy running it, said he knew if he was there, the business would be coming.
