The Clowns of Math

I had a dream that me, tristian Daniel and these twins from Instagram (Sebby and Sergio) went to the park to play basketball. I just watched since I don’t play basketball. When they got tired of playing basketball, we went home. On the train ride, tristian & me were flirting. Then we got home and started doing homework. We were doing math homework. The twins were doing normal Trigonometry, Daniel was doing simplified Trigonometry and Tristian was doing advanced Trigonometry, since he went to a charter school. The twins took normal trigonometry because they were on grade level but took a 2 year trigonometry class, Daniel took simplified since he took 2-year Trigonometry & Tristian took advanced Trigonometry since his school was more advanced. I was taking advanced Geometry because I did well on the Algebra 1 regents. The twins took 2 year trig without ever taking geometry because they got below a 85 on the algebra but still did pretty good, and Daniel was taking simplified 2 year trigonometry because he failed the algebra 1 regents and took took it again in summer school. So basically, get 85+ on Algebra 1 regents = you take Advanced Geometry for 1 year and move on to trigonometry/ Get below an 85 but still pass, you take normal trigonometry for 2 years, but never take geometry, which is bad in the long run when you’re doing the SAT. Fail the algebra 1 regents, and you’ll have to take summer school for it and do it again in August, then you’ll automatically be placed in a slowed down, simplified 2 year trigonometry without ever taking Geometry. The reason Tristian was taking 1 year Trigonometry before Geometry. Was because his school wanted to put the two algebras back to back and then do geometry. Anyways, we were doing our homework and then this big scary clown came in the room. Basically he checks if we are doing our homework. He fools around with tristian a lot and jokes with him. When he was teasing tristian, he asked me what class I was taking. If you are in a dumb class like Daniel was in, he gets mad. I told him I was taking advanced Geometry and he got very happy and left. Then the dream ended.
