Nightmare At Work

I was about to go on my last break at work. Suddenly my phone panel wouldn't respond and a call came through just as I was about to leave my desk. I tried to end it but it wouldn't exit the call. I talked to the customer and whilst I was talking, the system we use for dealing with customer queries crashed. I tried multiple times to get it back and each time it just said something about being unable to load because of a cyber attack. The customer managed to resolve it herself and left the call.
