Tournament at the New School

I'm a pesky shonen protagonist running around my mew high school. I remember going to the library and gorging myself on sweets that were laid out on a table. Then we started fighting tournament where we'd fight in then back of cars. I fought the girl I was paired with and I won really fast, so then we just had to drive around... I was a Sailor Moon liked store and we both convinced our driver to take us on a little detour. At some point we met up with Shikamaru and Hinata.
