floating yellow chair

Floating yellow chair I showed Val a floating yellow chair that I could sit on anywhere. I just hold it in the air and sit down and as long as I am able to hold it, it works. Val didn't get the concept at first and then she understood and thought it was cool. We were at a subway station in a large waiting area, similar to Grand Central. The seat of the chair was about 18" wide, square-shaped. The back was 18" wide and 9" tall. It was compact and had no legs. It could float in the air as long as the person sitting on it would hold on to it with one hand. Scene changes and Val is now trying out the chair on a train. Some guy and his wife saw the demonstration and the guy wanted to try it out. But somehow we were no longer on a train. Instinctively, he knew to adjust the chair by removing the nut and adjusting the screws. That made me uncomfortable, but I said no problem when he asked me if that was okay for him to do. When he adjusted it, he thought it was cool, but something was still amiss with fitting him properly. He did adjust it back to the setting I had it on. The guy was with his wife, but asked for my name and said he'll see us later. The wife found a baked good I had given to them a few days earlier and said thank you, but it wasn't fresh and she couldn't give it to her kid, but appreciated the kind gesture. Then she took a bite and was blown away by how fresh it remained and how tasty it was. She couldn't thank me enough at that point. Scene changed and I was at work in a loading dock, super tired, so I laid down in the middle of the chaos. The same guy was making a delivery and recognized me, though I was laying down. He called my name, said hello and suggested a triple date with Val. I agreed and said I'd call Val to let her know.
