Nightmares & physical reaponse

I was driving with my family & my cousin was driving crazy! She accelerated & smashed through a closed gate & got caught by 2 security guards. She was told to wait while they called the police. I was scared for her as there was no getting away from the situation now.. she would be prosecuted. As we waited outside, I saw a craft in the sky & shouted “look, a UFO!” As my family looked up, I then saw what looked like a shift in the sky, like something with a kind of invisibility cloak was moving & you could see the edges slightly. It felt like we were being spied on & it was super close. I pointed & ran over to it shouting for them to look. As I was below it & pointing at it, it suddenly became a miniature ufo & dove down on to my hand. It was burning my hand & making a horrible buzzing sound. I was screaming & at that point was woken up by s (in real life).. I could feel the fear & adrenaline in my back & limbs.. I’d had a physical fight or flight response. Next I was being given an engagement ring, which was being made from fake diamond earrings & an aluminium band.. it was soft & became scratched easily. Next I remember running in to a house & there was mud everywhere.. then it became the scene for a friends wedding.. random.
