Supernatural Self Insert Basically

The first thing I remember is riding in the passenger seat of Dean's car, and then he says something about how the brakes don't work and we have to get out. So we leap from the Impala as it explodes from hitting the water like some fast and furious BS. Then I'm in my kitchen at home and it's daytime and I'm supposed to be protecting this red haired woman from a curse where she's cursed to die that day from something unless I can stop it. So I'm on my laptop trying to find a cure when I hear a motorcycle and I'm like, 'it prolly just the neighbours' but the sound just gets closer and then the motorcycle is in my yard and I'm like 'oh shit it's gonna kill her!' And the motorcycle busts through my kitchen window and the guy riding it is very biker-y with the handlebar moustache and aviators. He does not run her over with his Harley, but instead gets off and, with purpose, opens the fridge door really hard to hit her in the head and she dies. And at this point I had ran upstairs and I was like 'of course he was gonna use the fridge! I'm the worst guardian ever!' Then I end up back at my house but at night and the wall is back to normal again and my dad is there. We are chillin' in the kitchen and he says 'Hey, summon your boyfriend'. So I go like 'Sure dad whatever' and of course Castiel is my bf so I gotta pray 'hey, Cass, sweetie. My pop wanna talk wit ya' (I'm paraphrasing all of this). He appears and greets us and I don't know why my dad wanted to speak to him I just remember a lot of random scenes where I'm playing with Cass's hair and like 'yas' every time.
