November bulletin board

I was working on my bulletin board (in reality I finished it yesterday). I messed it up by using the wrong color and then cutting too much off. After I set it up I left my room with my boyfriend and locked the door behind me. Several people were in the hallway, and I had the feeling that they were all staring at me. I went back a few times to make sure my door was locked. When I passed by my bulletin board i noticed that someone had taken off one of the leaves. Each leaf on the board had something else to be grateful for, and the leaf that was missing said I was thankful for the sorority that was on my hall. I saw it on the ground and I picked it up. I had written on it with a permanent marker, but apparently it was erased. I was confused as to how someone could have erased it.
