Cut off my arms

My hands were pink, swollen, and seemed to be covered in traces of dried blood. The skin was almost like, moving around. They were infected with something; I think it had something to do with my veins. I told someone to cut them off. Then, my wrists started doing the same thing. I asked them to cut them off too. It couldn’t go to my elbows too, I thought. And then my elbows started turning red and bubbling. They were just about to cut them off when I woke up
