skin issues

I was scratching my leg. And it felt like a small ingrown hair pimple so I picked at it and squeezed it. It came out to be like this small shell of popcorn kernel but black. Then I'd pick at my skin more and more of those, bigger and harder would come out. Some of them, like an inch. They looked like sells just decided to calcify, big hard and black. It wasn't painful but be bigger the pieces got, the slimier they came out. One of them had a bolt like, from surgery. One has a tattoo imprinted on it. My leg skin was looking like Swiss cheese.
