We were in like an abandoned hotel or mansion. I don't remember who all was there but we were looking for something. At least the other people I was with were, I was just walking around exploring the clutter left behind. The was a lot around some of the rooms on the first floor and it was easy to see because most of the doors and even some walls were missing, only the ones to the outside remained. Skipping along to later in the dream, I was in the same setting but now a group of people were after me. I hid in the clutter but they were getting closer. While running I meet anouther dude and a talking horse who were also being chased. We eventually ran outside until we came across a odd field. Broken trees, little grass, foggy air and lots of dead or dying animals surrounded us. I asked a rabbit who was hiding under a broken tree what happened and he said the beast took over. I asked how to get out and he said the only way was at the edge of the field up a tall steep ice mountain. From where we stood it looked about as tall as the building we'd escaped from but was flat at the top and went on for as long as we could see. We slowly walked through the field. After some time we heard the people from before coming after us and then a loud rumble like something big was awoken. We ran for it as the beast arose and the group chased us. Eventually we got to the base of the mountain but the incline was to steep. Then the horse pointed out an icy staircase leading to the top. With everything behind us getting closer we're raced up the stairs but half way through, the beast was upon the stairs and crushed the bottom causing a chain reaction making it crumble gettin the bottom up. We picked up the pace and raced against the crumble. Almost to the top I could hear it getting closer. First the horse then his friend then... I feel the crumble under my feet, watching them reaching out for me as I jump for the top. But it was too late and I plunged into darkness, looking at them yelling for me as their faces fade out of view and I hit the ground. I woke up.
