Truck Driving and Suicide

I was driving this semi, trying to get somewhere. Someone screams that I'm going to hit a car so I stop immediately right before I hit it and then another semi roars past me. A police officer appears behind my truck and starts telling me to back up so I do, running into the ditch a few times in the process. = I'm in an office building of sorts, in a room with a friend of mine, watching a movie. She suddenly slumped over and then a woman rushed in with a defibrillator and started charging them. As she was about to shock my friend, a man came in through the door and point blank shot the woman in the head. He left right after. There's a different man and woman sitting in the same office building but in a different room. The lady is having a mental breakdown for some reason. She has a gun in her hand, waving it around, and pacing the length of the room while talking fast. She finally sits down after a little bit and says, "I always thought this kind of thing was overrated. This is a pretty big trigger", and then puts the gun in her mouth and kills herself.
