my mind is set on overdrive

it all started with a weird trip to michael’s...i went with my dad, and he wouldn’t stop getting mad at me (which is very similar to real life). i met this girl and she thought what i wanted to buy was ridiculous, and told my to buy earrings made out of icing (??). right, so i bought my stuff and left, and then went to a place that resembled my middle school. one of my friends was walking around the gym, and giving everyone envelopes that said to vote for him in some popularity contest or something. there was this one kid who came through the door and was mad at my friend, and almost hit him with this weird, long stick thing, but he took one of the envelopes. fast forward, and green day are performing in that gym. i’m in the front row or something (because i fucking love green day). billie joe keeps looking at me, and i keep wondering why he would pay attention to me. fast forward, and they’re performing there again?? except this time billie is wearing sunglasses for some reason. he also keeps looking at me for some reason. fast forward AGAIN, and they’re performing again. billie’s wearing sunglasses again. it’s basically the same as the second time. finally we get to a different part of the dream, where i make a snap story (or something) showing off my boobs (😳). anyways, moving on...i then say that i’m going to walk from my house to my great aunt’s house in the middle of the night (which isn’t far away at all). i do, and then i try to walk back, but i can’t even make it over the first hill, so my mom comes and gets me. i then find out that two of my grandma’s sisters are my moving in with my great aunt. fast forward to me in the “junk room” of my house, and i’m making a zine about green day (shocker). my grandma asks what i’m doing, and i say that it’s assignment for school. she reminds me that it’s summer, and that i’ve already graduated high school. and then, i wake up.
