Cate from Teen Mom Having a Dissociative Episode

I was with Catelynn from the original Teen Mom show, her husband Tyler, and a few other people. They had their daughter with them as well and we seemed to be in a facility that looked like an old folks retirement home. It was nice though. Not sure why we were here, but seemed to be simply hanging out. We randomly walked around and Cate would joke around about some things but I could tell she was either in a depressive episode or coming straight off one because she always looked like she was on the verge of crying. It was my understanding that she'd just come out of rehab recently for being suicidal after her miscarriage so I can understand why she'd still feel very fragile. We ended up coming back towards the entrance and I assume we were getting ready to go but she wanted to get something from the vending machine first. There were these 3 teenage girls and one of them looked like my old high school classmate Karen at that age, had an attitude just like her too. Somehow her and Tyler get into a small argument over something and Cate, who is now sitting at a table next to me, starts low-key freaking out and whispers to me, "Stop this." I didn't quite understand if she wanted me to do something or what was happening because the situation wasn't as bad as she was making it seem. All that was happening was Tyler getting a little frustrated with a mouthy teenager and rightfully so. Anyway, after a few minutes she gets up walks over to him and lightly grabs the girl by the shoulders. Both she and the girl look very confused and Cate has a smile on her face. She starts pushing her towards her daughter and talking about how nice she looks next to her and how cool it'd be for them to play together. Then she mentions how she's taking her. We thought she was joking but now it's clear that she's having some sort of dissociative episode and doesn't realize what she's doing. She's still got alot of ptsd from giving her firstborn child up for adoption and I think she was having some sort of flashback where she was mentally trying to replace her so her other daughter could have an older sister who's always around. It didn't help that the Karen looking girl was very petite and short like a child even though she was about 15. Luckily one of the MTV producers casually and gently stepped in to get her away from the girl and slowly bring her back to reality. It was sad to see because I didn't think this was an issue Cate even had. I woke up shortly after this.
