Time asleep: 11:25 PM Time awake: 5:30 AM Total time asleep: six hours five minutes There is a tornado warning and an F5 tornado on its way to our house and I grab my phone and precious objects and I try to tell my mom, who is in the loft with Olaf, who is sleeping in my hallway, that we need to go to the basement and take shelter, but she says that shelter is “for the bourgeoisie” (her exact words). I stay with her because I don’t want to be alone in the basement, terrified of the tornado. The tornado passes, and my mom and I go to Subway. I am upset because Subway no longer has the variety of food it had, including dessert. I find out that Nicholas from English class works at that Subway and I’ve seen him there before and I didn’t know it was him
