Catching dogs

Was amongst a crowd outside by some white structure (down south) and they had 4 smaller dogs and one kid tossed first one into crowd and everyone knew that whoever caught the dog would get to keep him. The toss was over and I was thinking of going and I saw Shan and she walked over to where wall was and said “here’s the cheap one” and pointed to cab service advertisement.
