Malware and menthol cigarettes

I was in a different country. I couldn't speak their language. I don't remember the exact reason why I was there, but I was in a sort of shopping mall with Elena and we entered a videogames supermarket. I was surprised because before leaving the shop a lot of demo games were installed on your phones and tablets, via a wireless network that had a secure certificate able to do it without the need to have the user's agreement. I thought it could be exploited to spread viruses or other kinds of malware very easily. I left the shopping mall to go buying some cigarettes. I discovered some of the local brands of menthol cigarettes: one of them was L&M's that I think exists in real life too. Their paper was black and their filter was considerably longer than normal. I was outside of a tobacconist when I met two guys. One of them was an acquaintance of mine and I didn't like him. He stopped me and asked me some questions when I noticed that the other guy was trying to open my backpack. I shoved away from him and pretended to haven't noticed it, but a few seconds later he tried again. This time I told him to stop it, and the two guys went somewhere else.
