Gulf oil in a railgun?!

Was on the phone with Warren, and he wanted me to do an analysis for putting gulf oil in the railgun to power it because SD said it might work and some idiot higher up manager wanted to know. I was there with Bill and others trying to explain that it was a stupid idea and that I had to work on these 4 cameras that looked like mini flashlights (top secret or something). I go back into the “war room” and these two ladies are there. All of a sudden it flashes to a film of them like a JC Penny commercial kicking a soccer ball on the beach then going out surfing with each other. Then find a guy who runs a soup kitchen in Manhattan beach that he calls a “fireman station” where he makes sandwiches in a shipping container.
