stepping on water

I dreamt i was getting chased by someone, then i came across a very crystal clear and calm sea. It was so clear that i could see through it, it was very pretty. A girl who was with me stepping on it and told me i could do the same thing to get away from my stalker. So i stepped on it and i sank to my ankles. It was sort of awkward to walk on the clear water so i sank deep into it.it was still crystal clear under but i was still worried about sharks so i ascended towards the surface quickly.
