Second sleep paralysis

Date: 3/15/2019

In my dream I was up and just laying in bed. In the pitch black. Then a ghost came into my house, it was a small girl. she started to come up the stairs and I started to panick . I couldn't move so I just stood there. When she came into my room everything started flashing pink and blue as if my dream didn't want me to see her? I had no idea but it was insane. I don't remember what happened after everything started flashing those colors. I am sure I woke up, all sweaty and really scared. It was about 4 in the morning, to be exact 4:21 am. I tried to go back to sleep but every time i did I would always go back to that dream. Anyway that's it. (It's March 14,2019)
