Composing or something with the actual people playing in real time, but I'm frustrated because I can't seem to get the music right. I'm writing on a huge music staff and it's just going through my head over and over. Suddenly all cell service drops out when Tyler and I are on our way to buffalo to see my parents. We are at this bend in the highway with red trees on one side and a cliff on the other. We keep going and during the weekend, it gets fixed. My mom takes me to the doctor as a first appointment for cancer or something, and schedules another appointment for next weekend. We come back to laramie and it's all over the news that Internet and cell service are going down next weekend. Tyler and I plan to go back to buffalo anyway. We do and find my mom. When the service goes away people get weird and go into survival mode. At one point, I'm trying to kill a bird for good food. Tyler and I leave my mom in buffalo to try and get his family but we can't make it that far and decide to go back. When we come back everything is different. Plants are rotting and food is going bad (I think this is when I try for the bird but they are too innocent and I can't kill them.) we go to where my mom was staying hoping to find her again. The town turned into a old-time village with torches for light and people wearing old fashioned peasant clothes. My moms house is at the base of a long and short cliff that runs through a lot of town. We go in and it's rotting, so we decide to leave. Outside, suddenly there are no people. Also suddenly we are at my dad's house. But inside there's a bear that used to be shaya's pet, and it is really upset that she's not there, and an angry dog. Leah is there with her boyfriend and they had closed the animals into a room while they lived in a different room. I decide that's too dangerous, arm myself with a metal pole, and go in. I end up smacking the bear on the head so that it's losing consciousness, then I pull the puppy on my lap and start petting and loving it and hoping it starts to trust me. It works, and I do the same thing with the bear. But the bear is still scary because it doesn't trust us... it had just decided not to eat us. Then we hear these noises like huge footsteps outside so we shut out all of the lights and huddle in the living room. A dude appears at the front door and let's himself in. I jump up and stop him from coming in all the way and I can tell that he's up to no good. He says he just wants food and a list of things, so I ask him if we give him that would he go away? He agrees and follows me through the house while I gather stuff for him in a bag. But he's planning something, I think he's looking at the entry ways into the house when it's locked, so I distract him with stamps and we sick the bear on him to kill him. My family isn't happy that I did it, but I didn't want to take any chances. Then we figure that we need more food so my family wants me to go get it from this Chinese restaurant. I text the lady who works there and she says no at first but then decides that it's fine and she'll even make a bed for me. Then the whole family decided to come, so I tell her the next day but she doesn't remember... she sends the exact same slew of texts as the first day. (Of course I'll make you food, and I'll make bed. Not comfy bed, maybe even restaurant booth would be better. But you can stay with us.) In the morning we notice huge bite marks in a wooden trailer in our back yard. My family all goes into the Chinese restaurant and sits down without me, and I come in a couple minutes later. The store owner, and old Chinese woman is expecting me and tries to show me what she put together and I feel really bad telling her that I don't need it anymore and that my entire family wants to eat there... but she doesn't object. Somehow, we figure out that we are living the same day in a row... so we take advantage of the restaurant for a few days to stock up on food and sleep, then we leave. We get on a boat. My friend (don't know who... Annie?) in a wheelchair is there with us and it turns out the dog is hers.
