Dismembered dog

Short dream. I was at my house and I was given a dog to care for the day. It was all ok until this fucker escaped without collar. I tried to call it but it run straight to the street and jumped over the Metro's fence. I was panicking, I couldn't see what was happening but a girl who was walking by was screaming and making horror faces. Then I heard screams from the other side saying the dog was losing it's​ legs, and I saw it jumping the fence and coming home screwing with two legs amputated and bleeding. I didn't know what to do.
