Just like yesterday night, I tell my subconscious to wake me up at 4:00am and I end up waking up at 3:58am👌🏼 which I congratulate my subconscious for. After that I start meditating and start repeating the mantra: "I will look at my hands when I am dreaming." while trying to sync into the moment. After that I prepare myself to go to sleep by relaxing myself as quickly as possible by starting slow and smooth and relaxing my breath. This is basically the WBTB technique and I got really really close to achieving the WILD technique through sleep paralysis because Im predreaming I guess because I felt like I was at my workplace and my coworkers were there but I couldn't interact with anyone or anything. After a while of getting bored there I go outside and I see a brief flash of the most beautiful night sky 🌌 in crisp detail which had the moon 🌙 bigger and brighter and the clouds had a different wispy style which IMHO looked better than in real life. Next Scene: I start watching this cartoon movie which I think has something to do with one punch man (an anime I've never seen) and apparently he has two souls in his body which is what allows him to be so powerful with his punches. I also remember seeing/watching the main character from Full Metal Alchemist and the episode seemed to be about how he had to struggle to stop using pharmaceutical drugs since he at first thought it would help him with his sickness. Apparently there were a lot of voices telling him to take some every day lol. It turns out Im watching the show on my parents computer which is in the office and I hide and turn the computer off when my dad comes in. He eventually finds me and tells me to go to sleep because he is really tired and thats when I realize Im dreaming which was cool and weird because it felt so real. Instead of staying in the dream, I kinda wake up but my body is still really relaxed and Im pretty disappointed lol. After that I dream about an explosion that happens in my workplace but I forgot most of it.
