Hoop Earing represents new life.

I can see a young woman. She has a very large hoop earring in one ear. The hoop is almost as large as her head. It seems to be blue.i think she has delicate decorative tattoos on the edge of her forehead also, by her hairline. It is called an Ilan or Ulan? It is given to young women and represents a new life or beginning. The young woman will often be getting married soon after this rite of renewal.
