some really awesome dreams

For the past couple of days I've had dreams that felt super realistic but I wasn't able to remember all the details so I couldn't write about them but this time I have some recall and man this was a really cool night. It started off with a lucid dream of me at this house party with people that I don't know in real life but was pretty familiar with them in the dream we were talking and having fun and there were a couple of pretty girls there but when I tried talking to them they would leave and eventually they straight up disappeared, it's funny how in the dream I told myself "come on you're dreaming and you know you're dreaming just control what's happening" I tried changing peoples minds and flying and stuff but it wouldn't work. I'm guessing that I had to have different levels of consciousness to have more control like I usually do. That dream ended and I was now some superhero detective person and I was even less lucid than before though there was still a hint of it. me and my group of assistants all had these missions we went on and I was in the lead of them all. there was a couple where we had to save some people from these monster things, my power was super speed but it didn't look like I was running fast It was more like time slowed down a whole lot but would return back to normal when I stopped running or jogging. we then took a break from the missions and went back to headquarters which was a runned down hotel room. my friends I think were playing video games and I was just looking around when someone knocks at the door, it was a girl with blonde hair asking if I was the leader of the agency I told her yes and she wanted me to take care of a problem her family has been going through, I believe they were on the run and so I tell her to come in the room and she first goes to tell her parents where she is going, we strike up a conversation and I'm playing with this lamp and I feel it falling and I caught it but it started to bend and the light broke and there were thousands of small shards of glass...i was furious and I told everybody That we are taking a break and we'll report back tomorrow...the dream starts to fall apart but before then I get a glimpse of what happens next and it's like a preview to a new episode, the hotel gets infiltrated and we have to fight our way out and the blonde girl sees her family getting attacked but she doesn't have time to save them and by the end she's left with no choice but to stay with us which I thought was a cool thing.
