field sobriety test

My wife, doughter and I, were coming out of a convention center in Bairre Ontario. Where we was boxed in by 2 police trucks. They told me I was required to have field sobriety test. But insted of a breathalyzer or walking in a straight line. It was a droving test with obstacles. they even have a remote disable the steering see how quickly I can break. Then when i passed they told me that it was the best driving they have ever seen. Then told me all police cars have NCC- or NX- registration numbers. ( NCC & NX or how they register star ships in Star Trek).
