Coral grows on my right arm!!

My boyfriend comes see me at my mother’s house and I’m weeping because I got rashes on my right arm. They don’t look like regular rashes though, they are very big and look like coral or little fins growing of all colors: blue, red, some green… it it disgusting, I feel like a monster. Touching them I can feel they’re attached to my skin, like they are my skin, they are me! I cry and cry while he takes a picture of my arm to ask chat gpt what it is and how to cure it. The app says something like it’s due to my liver that’s overly charged and that I should accept my unconventional ideas and manners and also let some anger out.
